Front Fender Beak Extension

We wanted to provide a more aggressive look to the X-ADV than what comes out of the box. Despite the already impressive styling, we wanted to provide and additional touch.
It was not a simple design seeing that the X-ADV is a bike with a top speed of close to 200 kmh and stability at speed is a requirement. Three strong support points were required so as to maintain stability but also offer ease of installation. This has been achieved though meticulous design. Three metal support brackets made of 2mm-thick inox were used and onto which the plastic part is connected. The main beak is made of 3mm-thick ABS plastic, it connects almost seamlessly to the existing plastic parts and therefore has no adverse aerodynamic effect. On the contrary, the beak contributes to dividing or separating the oncoming air increasing that which goes towards the radiator but also reducing the air that is directed over the rider – and this with an extension of no more than 80mm.
In conclusion, it is a product that does not affect the bike’s behaviour on the road, on the contrary it improves it.
